EOC Week 3 Great Customer Experiences

Greatest Customer Experience…
My greatest customer experience was at a local sushi restaurant “Social House” which was located in the TI and is currently moving to City Center. I still think about the level of service and quality of food and am a frequent topic of food conversations. My expectations were high, but that usually means you will be disappointed by in some way. This was not to happen this night. We had reservations and the hostess called ahead to the Executive Chef Joseph Elevado and the Restaurant Manager before going upstairs to be seated. The table had an awesome view of the Las Vegas Strip and was very generous in size. Upon seating the Chef Joseph and the manager greeted us and welcomed us. Chef gave his suggestions for the dinner and we decided on a personal menu selection for various items both on the menu and off the menu. As the food came out it was absolutely beautiful in presentation and the taste was equally amazing. We received this service as the Pure Marketing group Vice President of Food and Beverage was a friend and asked us to try out the restaurant and let her know what I thought. The experience was great and I look forward to the reopening of Social House City Center in five months.
